Lauren, I wanted to thank you for making last night's meeting a GREAT success! I was told that your facility is absolutely beautiful and the serving staff and caterer did a FANTASTIC job on the food and the ice cream! Also, Markey's did a great job with last minute audio hookup to our laptop. Things were perfect and went off without a hitch. Kudos to you and your team! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

From start to finish, all of my needs were met and exceeded by the staff of the conference center. The food was wonderful. It was nice to have everything we needed in one place, from the hotel, to the conference space, catering and AV needs. The Indiana Environmental Health Association was very pleased with our experience in Bloomington. Our conference is 2 1/2 days, and it was my pleasure to work with the all of the staff and professionals who made our conference a huge success. There was no problem too big or issue too small that the staff did not attend to promptly. They were always accommodating to any last minute change or late minute request.
